INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Meditation & Mindfulness Sessions
One-on-one sessions for cultivating presence, grounding, and a deeper awareness of your inner and outer experience.
Drawing from meditation, grounding practices, movement, breath, and reflection, these sessions support sensitive individuals in developing practices for staying connected to themselves while moving through change, uncertainty, and everyday life. They can also provide a grounded container for exploring what surfaces along the way, including experiences that may be difficult, unfamiliar, or unresolved.
Sessions are adapted to your experience, needs, and the ways you naturally connect with your own awareness.

60 minutes — $120
Packages are available for those seeking ongoing support.
Sliding scale options available by request when resonance and need are present.
Tarot
readings
Tarot offers keys.
Through symbols, archetypes, intuition, and reflection, the cards can open doors into questions, perspectives, and possibilities that may be difficult to access through reason alone.
Readings are a space to explore what is present, meet uncertainty with curiosity, and find your own way forward.

AStrology readings
Astrology is a map. Your map.
Natal charts and planetary cycles offer a way of seeing patterns, seasons, and possibilities within the larger landscape of your life. Readings provide perspective for navigating change and uncertainty, while supporting deeper self-understanding and a more conscious relationship with your own path.
Specialized readings such as synastry, composite charts, and astrocartography are also available.

GROUP OFFERINGS
Group & Community offerings
Creative and reflective experiences designed for groups, communities, schools, and organizations.
Workshops, themed circles, seasonal gatherings, creative education, and facilitated group processes create space for exploration, connection, and shared discovery. Drawing from artistic practice, mindfulness, movement, storytelling, and other contemplative and creative approaches, each offering is shaped by the people and place it serves.
Formats vary and may include sliding-scale or donation-based offerings, as well as partnerships with organizations, schools, and community spaces.
Group offerings change seasonally and are announced as they become available.
